Repair, Parts and Warranty Information

Repair/Return Authorization:
A Return Authorization is required for all products returned to Luxo for repair or replacement (whether under or out of warranty).  To obtain Return Authorization, please contact Luxo's Customer Service department at 1-800-222-5896, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm ET.  You will be asked to provide a detailed description of the product to be returned as well as a description of the problem.  For products out of warranty, repairs will incur parts and labor charges.  

Replacement Parts:
Luxo stocks certain replacement parts; the majority of these replacement parts are for our current fixtures (see below for Ledu Products and Parts).  For availability and ordering information, please contact Luxo's Customer Service department at 1-800-222-5896, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm ET.  You will be asked to provide a detailed description of the part and/or product you are inquiring about.
