Mechanical components of Luxo brand lights, microscopes and mounting stands are warranted to provide the original owner with 5 years of service free from defects in material and workmanship, barring alterations, abuse or misuse.
Electrical components including switches, wiring, starters and transformers are warranted for one year.
Ballasts are warranted for 5 years.
Cameras and monitors carry the warranty extended to Luxo by its supplier.
Warranty does not cover lightsources.
Luxo LED tasklights carry a warranty of 5 years 24/7 on all components including LEDs, LED drivers and power supplies. For the LED modules, this equals a lifetime (per definition: time elapsed when 70% of initial lumen output remains) of 45,000 hours of normal office operation.
Products for services under warranty must be returned freight prepaid to Luxo, Orange, CT where they will be replaced or repaired at Luxo's discretion. For Luxo's Return Instructions and other Terms and Conditions, please contact Luxo Customer Service

Effective immediately, Luxo will no longer be repairing out-of-warranty products. Out-of-warranty products returned as per Luxo's Return Instructions will be replaced at Luxo's discretion.
