Product Description: Luxo’s award-winning Air LED task light is now available with improved efficiency and a replaceable LED module. Its 3x3W LEDs provide 1070 lux at a 15 degree asymmetric angle and have a 90-93 CRI. A 3000˚K improved color temperature replicates the warmth of incandescent lightsources. Each LED lasts 50,000+ hours (with no less than 70% light output) guaranteeing minimal downtime. At any time, the LEDs can easily be replaced by simply unscrewing a self-contained LED light engine.
Air LED’s new replaceable light engine also features Luxo’s proprietary lens array. It converts the normally pinpoint light source of LEDs into a wider, asymmetric beam spread on desks and work surfaces. This distinct asymmetric light pattern pushes light forward from the luminaire, at a right angle, allowing work to be illuminated without glare from the lamps themselves.

Construction & Finishes: Air LED is characterized by Luxo’s famous multi-adjustable 24” spring-balanced arm which adds to the crisp architectural lines, providing contemporary appeal and lasting elegance. A slender, wedge-shaped shade enables a broad pattern of light to be directed precisely where it is needed most. The parallel motion of the arm ensures that the shade remains horizontal to the work surface, casting glare-free illumination across the surface. Air LED is available with a weighted circular base or mounting clamp, for secure placement on any desk, table or panel surface.
Air LED has tubular steel arms and dual tempered steel springs. Pivot points are covered in ABS; base and shade are constructed of ABS. Black and aluminum grey finishes are standard. Halogen models are also available. Air LED is UL and CUL listed and is protected by Luxo’s five-year warranty.
